Packaging: When I first saw my box in the mail I was so excited. I couldn't wait to open it up. The package was a little banged up on the outside, but that was to be expected. The inside was beautiful. I love the packaging of this product. It is very sleek, classy, and perfect for any bathroom. The bottle was a little scratched and felt a little cheap, but what do you want from a $7 shampoo?

Opening the bottle: When I first opened the bottle there was an immediate smell of orange blossoms. It's a very fresh scent and it's not too overpowering. It is very light and gives a calming feeling which I really like.

Testing the product: The first thing I noticed when using the product was that it didn't seem to lather very well. I had to use quite a bit of product to cover all my hair. But to be fair my hair is very thick and I typically use a lot of shampoo anyways. The shampoo left an odd coating on my hair which made it feel very dry and almost like plastic. When I would touch my hair it made a squeaking sound which I don't think is a good sign. But once I used the conditioner it seemed to have fixed that problem.

Aftermath: The products left my hair smelling absolutely amazing! And after my hair was dried that odd coating seemed to have disappeared. Another plus was that it made my hair hold a curl longer than usual.
